Falooda Custard Pudding


Boiled milk – 500 ml

Rose syrup

Cooked sev

Soaked sabja seeds

Strawberry custard powder – 2 1/2 tsp

Milk – 1/4 cup


Take a saucepan add water and vermicelli

Strain the vermicelli once it cooked and keep it aside

Boil the milk in a pan and slowly add the rose milk according to your taste

To this add the cooked vermicelli and mix

Dissolve the custard in milk and add it the mixture and stir until it get thickens

Now assemble the pudding, pour some rose syrup in the serving glass

Next add little bit of sabja seeds

Over to this add the falooda custard

Refrigerate the pudding for 3 to 4 hrs.

To serve sprinkle the chopped nuts and cherry as garnish
