Yummy Gulab Jamun

Gulab Jamun Flour


For sugar syrup:


2 cups of Sugar

Cardamom powder – ½ tsp (optional)

Rosewater –  ½ tsp (optional)


  • Take a mix in a bowl and add the required amount of water
  • Mix it and knead it well
  • Make even size ball from the mixture
  • Let it sit for a few minutes

For sugar syrup:

  • Take a wide pan. Add sugar, water and start boiling it
  • After sugar dissolves completely, let it boil for some time
  • Stop boiling when you get one string consistency
  • Add rose water and cardamom powder
  • Take a pan and deep fry the Gulab Jamun with medium flame
  • After the Gulab Jamun comes to room temperature, pour the sugar syrup on those delicious Gulab Jamun
  • Let it soak for about 4 hours
